The Founder

I started Digital Flow Global because I know firsthand what it costs to miss a call.

Before building this company, I worked across hospitality — resorts, business hotels, high-volume operations — where customer experience is everything and every dropped interaction has a cost. I also ran my own auto detailing business. That's where the problem got personal. When I was busy working on a car, I was missing the phone. When I missed the phone, I missed the lead. And when leads weren't coming in consistently, I had no reliable way to fill the calendar.

I also worked as a freight broker, coordinating complex logistics under pressure — which gave me a different lens on how systems either work or fail for small operators.

I kept thinking about those local businesses — the barbers, the med spas, the auto shops — grinding hard but losing customers to voicemail, slow follow-up, and broken booking systems.

AI changes that. Not by replacing people, but by handling the parts of the business that slip through the cracks at 9pm or on a Saturday morning.

When a client opens their calendar and sees jobs they didn't have to set up themselves — that's the win I'm building toward.
